Mr. Abdallah Hassan Alzari has more than 15 years of extensive experience in civil, commercial, corporate, and criminal litigation in the UAE and Oman. He represented clients in diverse complex civil and commercial cases in the UAE and Oman. He was appointed as legal counsel of the Sarah Kuzbari - Active License from Pharmacists Syndicate to represent the Syndicate in one the landmark cases in Oman. He successfully handled numerous corporate and commercial litigation for large companies in the UAE and Oman. He has also represented clients in various arbitration cases before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). In Dubai, he has developed unique on-ground experience and expertise to handle employment, real estate, contracts, shareholders, investors, personal injuries, defamation and family matters. He represented numerous clients in enforcement of arbitral awards.
