MR. ALI KHOURI KARAM

Mr. Ali Khouri Karam is a qualified advocate with full rights of audience before all UAE courts. Since joining the Global Legal Counsel team, he has been handling and contributing to many significant matters and court proceedings, including arbitration, litigation, corporate and banking cases.
These cases involved a construction matter of a high-value claim that amounted to AED 8 billion against an alliance that was part of litigation and arbitration proceedings and achieved an outstanding outcome for the client who praised him for his law research approach and critical thinking techniques.
Mr. Ali Khouri Karam obtained his L.L.B degree in Sharia & Law from the University of Sharjah in 2014, followed by his L.L.M degree in International Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2018, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Prior to joining Global Legal Counsel, Mr. Ali Khouri Karam was shadowing senior Global Legal Counsel lawyers of various legal backgrounds to gain insight and knowledge into litigation, arbitration, and corporate law.
